Description
This whipped cinnamon sugar butter is lightly sweet, fluffy, and amazing to spread on so many things, such as toast, muffins, pancakes.
Ingredients
1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, room temperature
1/4 cup (50g) brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients into the bowl of your stand mixer. Using a paddle attachment, start mixing slowly for a moment just so the powders have a chance to incorporate without exploding all over your countertop.
Turn the speed up to medium-high and whip for at least 4 minutes, until the butter has lightened and become soft and fluffy. Scrape down the bowl as needed.
Notes
Store any cinnamon sugar butter that you don't use right away in an airtight container at room temperature for 1 day or in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. You can also freeze it for up to 4 months.
