Although the Western part of the world is mostly familiar with just a few Japanese dishes (sushi, ramen, edamame..), Japanese cuisine boasts an impressive variety of dishes. My travels have allowed me to sample so many amazing foods in Japan, and these are some of my favourites. I hope you will find your new favourite in this selection of delicious Japanese recipes, too.
A couple items not to be missed: Be sure to try Japanese royal milk tea - this beautiful, creamy and floral tea is enjoyed either hot or cold. And, the Japanese candy strawberries, with fresh berries that are coated in a delightfully thin and crunchy candy coating.
