A fruity and refreshing cocktail featuring fresh kiwi and aromatic cherry brandy.
1/2 oz (約15ml) (15 ml) simple syrup
1 oz (約30ml) (30 ml) vodka
1/4 oz (7.5 ml) kirsch*
Peel and chop kiwi into small pieces.
In a bowl, muddle together kiwi and simple syrup until you make a purée.
Add kiwi purée, vodka, kirsch, and some ice cubes into cocktail shaker. Shake well then pour into a glass with ice.
* Kirsch is a clear brandy made from the double distillation of morello cherries.
