Description

The Paper Plane cocktail, made from bourbon, Nonino amaro, and Aperol, and fresh lemon juice, is smooth, refreshing, and wonderfully balanced.

Ingredients

Scale

3/4 oz (22.5ml) bourbon whiskey

3/4 oz (22.5ml) Aperol

3/4 oz (22.5ml) Nonino amaro

3/4 oz (22.5ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, vigorously for about 20 seconds.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass with no ice.
