Description

These are as adorable as they are delicious. Hollow chocolate is filled with a sweet strawberry smoothie. Adorable sage bunny ears add a wonderful minty scent. These are equally wonderful for adults and children. They make the perfect Easter treat!

Ingredients

Scale

2 small and hollow chocolate easter bunnies (I used 100g Lindt Gold Bunny)

1 cup (150g) frozen strawberries

1/2 cup (118ml) milk

2 teaspoons granulated sugar

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 large, fresh sage leaves

2 paper straws

Instructions

Very carefully cut the ears off of the chocolate bunnies. I heated a knife in hot water and dried it off, then used a gentle back and forth motion to make the cut.

In a blender, puree the strawberries, milk, sugar, and vanilla.

Spoon the smoothie into the bunnies. Stick the sage leaf 'ears' into the smoothie. Top with a straw.
