A refreshing drink with a delicious flavour similar to sweet and creamy, tangy strawberry. Served on crushed ice, this beverage is a wonderful pick-me-up for a hot summer day. And it's so easy to make, with just three ingredients plus ice!

1 tablespoon Hale's Blue Boy sala-flavoured syrup

1 tablespoon condensed milk

crushed ice

3/4 cup (177 ml) milk

In a small dish mix together the sala syrup with the condensed milk.

Fill a chilled glass with crushed ice.

Pour the sala syrup / condensed milk mixture onto the crushed ice.

Add in the milk, then stir to mix everything together. Top with more crushed ice.

Serve immediately.
