Thai Recipes
Thai cuisine is a beautiful balance of four flavours - sweet, spicy, salty, and sour. The sweetness is usually derived from coconut palm sugar; and the sour from freshly squeezed limes. It's hard to beat a really great Thai dish.
My absolute favourite, and one of the most popular recipes on this site, is my Thai crying tiger steak recipe. Tender, marinated, thin strips of beef are dipped into the most amazing sauce, leading to an explosion of flavour. Give it a try, you won't regret it. And for a kitchen staple, you can't go wrong with prik nam pla - traditional Thai sauce. This versatile sauce is delicious on almost everything.
