Thai Recipes
Thai cuisine features a beautiful balance of four flavours - sweet, spicy, salty, and sour. The sweetness is usually derived from coconut palm sugar; and the sour from freshly squeezed limes. This balanced combination leads to extraordinarily fresh and delicious flavours. It's hard to beat a really great Thai dish. These are some of my very favourite Thai recipes.
Thai chicken fried rice cannot be missed. This dish is easy to make and so flavourful. Basil beef stir fry is also an incredibly popular dish, and for good reason. One of my go-to's is Thai crying tiger steak, which features tender, marinated strips of beef that are dipped into the most amazing rice and eaten with a bowl of sticky rice. And for a kitchen staple, you can't go without prik nam pla - traditional Thai sauce. This versatile sauce is delicious on almost everything.
